Systems window

The Systems window provides a location to view managed storage systems. You can use the window command buttons to discover, display, and complete the initial configuration of your storage system.

Command buttons

Discover

Opens the Discover Storage Systems dialog box. You can use this dialog box to discover and add storage systems.

Add

Opens the Add Storage System dialog box. You can use this dialog box to add storage systems.

Edit

Opens the Edit Storage System dialog box. You can use this dialog box to rename your storage system.

Delete

Deletes one or more storage systems from the list of managed systems.

Set up

Starts the Storage System Setup wizard.

Refresh

Updates the information in the window.

Systems list

The systems list displays the storage system and the status of each system that has been discovered and added to the list of managed systems.

Name

Specifies the storage system name.

IP Address

Specifies the IP address of the storage system.

Status

Specifies the current status of the storage system.

Type

Specifies the type of storage system, either an active/active pair or a single system.

Version

Specifies the version number of the operating system.

System properties

The area below the systems list displays detailed information about the selected system.
